I’m Max, and my work is centered on guiding individuals and couples toward deeper understanding, emotional resilience, and stronger relationships.
 

For many years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe that our relationships—whether with partners, family, or within ourselves—are central to our well-being.

 

As a registered psychotherapist, I integrate evidence-based methods, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to create a safe space for you to reconnect, explore, and grow.
